Honey-Garlic Wings
A few weeks ago, I was craving wings that were filled with flavor and super crispy. Whenever we order wings, we usually get hot buffalo wings, which are not my favorite. I like wings with a lot more flavor and crunch to them so I decided to wing it (no pun intended!) and whip up something that turned out to be delicious that I had to share with you.
The best part- there is NO frying in oil involved! It’s quick, easy, and a mess-free recipe. Thank god for air fryers! I hope you like it. If you decide to make it, be sure to tag me @purelypreeti so I can see!
Ingredients:
½ lb wings
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp sugar
Steps:
Marinate wings with s&p and olive oil
2. Air fry wings for 20 mins at 400. Flip half way.
3. After wings are cooked, broil for 5 mins on high so skin gets extra crispy.
4. For the sauce: 2 tbsp fresh ginger + 2 cloves garlic + 2 tbsp honey + + 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1/2 tsp sugar. Mix all.
5. Once the wings are done, mix in with the sauce.
